Stryker + HBCU 20×20 are committed to paving the way for students from HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) in the field of sales and our excited to announce applications for Cohort II for the Stryker + HBCU 20×20 Business Fellowship program.
Selected fellows will undergo a 4-week program with workshops lead by professionals from Stryker with the goal of preparing and connecting program participants into promising at Stryker.

Interested in joining the Stryker + HBCU 20×20 HBCU Fellowship? Here’s what we are looking for:
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student graduating between December 2025-May 2027 from an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and University).
- Business, Marketing, finance/accounting majors are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Does not require sponsorship now or in the future)
- Must be willing to accept a paid Stryker in-person sales position located in Mahwah, New Jersey, Kalamazoo, Michigan during summer 2025.(Reimbursement relocation packages are available)
- Want to work in the field of business, marketing, and/ or finance/ accounting.
- Familiarity with the Stryker brand
- 3.0 GPA Requirement
